I had surgery a couple months ago and wanted to work on my stability. Although it says it's for seniors, it works great for me. The book is super easy to follow, and the short workouts are just the right length while I am just starting. I am feeling stronger and not overwhelmed by large, complicated workouts. I would recommend it.
