A must have

Everyone has bad habits. This book goes into the neurological perspectives on the brain, the patterns we get ourselves into, and the evident escape we need to make from that mind prison to become free and alive again.

Break away from addictions and habits

Some things can be called addictions, others are just little habits we try to break. This book is an excellent motivational audio gem that can inspire you and inform you on the workings of your brains.

Basic and more!

So some of the common sense in this book is just that: Common sense. But to break bad habits, such as the masturbation habit the author is talking about, is a challenge, and to know what to do, counts. Maybe somebody gave this a one star because that's the very habit he believes isn't even wrong, a common false concept of twisted media ideas that are so rampant today.

Pretty much there

I mean, you want to break away from addictions and bad habits? Then this is the book. It even talks about masturbation as a bad habit, something most people don't dare mention.

The speaker is coughing, is this a JOKE???

He did several of these weird breathing stunts 30 mins. into the audio — deliberately ruins the whole audiobook, OMG.

Brains and addictions

I love the info in thhis guide, and I know it sounds cliche, but i really did. I think it's worth listening to to find out which addictions and bad habits we should break individually.

Better habits, better life

If you think you're perfect, you're wrong. But that's okay. The nice thing about this book is that it inspires to overcome stupid little habits and addictions.
