Summary

Does your baby refuse to sleep, wake up every 30 minutes during the night, or always wake up too early in the morning? Are you desperate to let your baby sleep without crying so you yourself can get some rest? Then keep reading....

Almost nobody tells you about the impact of the sleep-depriving nights for weeks or months in a row. Rocking your baby to sleep for an hour only to get him or her waking up 25 minutes later. Even without a sleep problem, your newborn hasn’t developed the right hormone balance yet to follow the day-and-night rhythm in the first three months.

But how does that leave you?

Maybe you feel like a living zombie. You are afraid that you cannot take care of your newborn because of the sleep you are missing.

All moms and dads have been there. Some worse than others. You are in the middle of it. Don’t worry, there has been a great amount of research done and studies on practical and healthy ways to get your baby to sleep independently. As a help for all sleep-deprived moms, it’s my duty to share everything I learned dealing with my three babies.

In Baby Sleep Training you will discover:

  • The step-by-step baby sleep training methods and how to teach your baby to fall asleep within 10 minutes based on the baby’s age
  • Easy to understand facts about how a healthy baby should sleep so you can see how yours is doing
  • To-the-point tips and tricks for your baby’s daytime naps
  • How to handle sleep regressions when the baby grows for reasons like growing teeth and food reflux.
  • The unknown effects of sleep deprivation on your baby’s health and on your health and the newest methods you can use to prevent this

Bonus material

  • The truth about parents' sleep deprivation and tips and measures you can take to minimize the effects
  • Practical sleep hygiene for both babies and moms
  • Includes advice for babies who need to be rocked, need a soother or pacifier, wake up too early, wake up too frequently, or don’t want to go to sleep at all
  • Common baby sleep problems you can discuss with your pediatrician

All the information you will find is based on scientific evidence.

Every baby is different. Regarding baby sleep there is no such thing as one size fits all. The training offered in this book gives you the flexibility and room to give your own swing to it.

Do yourself and your baby a big favor. Stop searching hours on the Internet, stop scrolling the long lists of books, and start training your baby to sleep 12 hours every night and get back your well-deserved sleep.

You and your baby have suffered more than enough.

Don't let anyone tell you, you can't sleep train a toddler. If you do it right, they should be trained within 3-5 days. Stick it out when it gets tough. Trust me, this book works.

A good reference to learn why a toddler does not sleep well. This book tells us some of the reasons and we addressed them. Now, our little fella can sleep on his own.

Sleep training for your toddler.

If you don't feel like you have a lot of time to sit down and listen to a book about sleep training for your toddler, because oh yeah - you're not sleeping and probably way too exhausted...you'll be glad you got this book.

Gives you strategies! Helpful indeed!

I've listened to a few other sleep books before this one, and this is by far the most practical. It gives you a background about how babies sleep and then gives you strategies to help your toddler get to sleep.

I will absolutely recommend this book!

I've listened to a few other popular books on toddler sleep but they pale in comparison to this book. Thankfully I do not need to be listening to any additional books on toddler sleep now. I will absolutely recommend this book to any future parents I meet.

I wish I had found this book when I had my sons

I´m a father of four sons, and I wish I had learned many of the tips and tricks mentioned in this audiobook. When it comes to baby sleep, there is much to know as a parent, and unfortunately, we learn it until after the second or third child; or when we become grandparents, to provide some advice to our sons. Kudos to the author, Maria Isabel Perez, for such a helpful tool for new parents.

Parents know their children best.

I can't stress enough that the book is a great base of knowledge for how to deal with sleep issues or even preventing them but in my opinion, parents know their child best.

Thanks for this audiobook!

I wish I had found this while I was when I got my first child so that I could learn about what's normal for kid sleep before my son was born.
