Scripture — Isaiah 43:2 (BSB): “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you go through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched; the flames will not set you ablaze.” Prayer Themes: Courage • Strength • God’s Presence Difficult news today? Join this mid-morning prayer with Reverend Ben Cooper of DailyPrayer.uk, London, England. Isaiah assured Israel of God’s faithfulness. In Christ, we find courage amid storms. Nigeria, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong, Ghana, Austria, Jamaica and the Philippines join us. Almighty God, the waters feel deep for many listening this morning. We bring You difficult diagnoses, strained relationships, financial fears and decisions we cannot postpone. Lord Jesus, stand beside those who feel alone in their responsibilities. Give them courage to speak truth without cruelty and patience to act without panic. Holy Spirit, steady anxious minds and guide our next steps. Protect people facing danger, and move communities to offer practical shelter and support. When our strength runs low, remind us that asking for help is not weakness. When frustration rises, teach us gentleness. God of Israel, Your faithfulness shines through the testimony of Scripture. We do not pretend that storms are harmless, but we trust that suffering does not place us beyond Your care. Let our actions today show the steadfast love of Jesus Christ. In His powerful name, Amen. Pagpalain ka ng Diyos. Que Deus te abençoe. Que Dios te bendiga. שלום וברכה — Shalom u’vracha.
