Join the Crystal Clear 30-Day Challenge - we start November 1st, 2026

I went dark for about 4-months after re-branding and re-launching this podcast, but I'm back. Where did I go, you ask?! Into the descent. The unfcomfortable place most people try and avoid (I can see why), but it's the only place to go through in order to expand on the other side.

In this episode I'm sharing the raw story of contracting, going dark, and hiding when my nervous system couldn't handle the expansion I was going though. I'm sharing all the behind the scenes details I wasn't sharing on social media, and all the lessons I learned in hopes that they can help you as you navigate these big life transitions and evolutions.

I'm coming back with a little more clarity and slight change in the intention of this podcast which I share in this episode.

Thank you for coming back to listen.
