I’ve been waiting to see what would happen next with Ruby, Moira, Bandit and the Horsemen—and this book DID NOT disappoint. We finally get to see more of Ruby’s Beast and I was HERE FOR IT. She’s fierce, powerful, completely badass and definitely nobody’s pawn. 👑 Her mates better buckle up because this beast is NOT playing! 👑🔥
This one brings the heat in ALL the right ways! 🌶️ THE SPICE IS SPICING. 😂 ⚠️If you’re listening in public… WEAR HEADPHONES. You’ve been warned! 🎧😉😂 but there’s so much more happening beneath the heat—secrets, mysteries, Ruby’s past, unexpected twists and some great character development. Moira and Bandit continue to steal my heart too. ❤️
The narration… Jake and Bridget Bordeaux absolutely KILLED IT. The duet narration, chemistry and character voices made this audiobook so easy to get lost in.
This series has me completely invested, I NEED TO LISTEN TO THE NEXT BOOK….NOW!

So….if you are reading along with me you have likely been waiting for Ruby to transition and for our Horsemen/Why choose situation to heat up even more lol. Well, a heatwave may not be the time to read this LOL!! The SPICE IS SPICING!!! Headphones only outside the house, you’re welcome lol.
As always though there is a lot more going on! We really get to meet the Beast in this book. She is a no nonsense, no one controls us, bow down to me demon AND this applies to her mates too (especially when it comes to control, well outside the bedroom 😊). I absolutely loved her and she manages to get them all in quite a bit of trouble lol!
Moira and Bandit both undergo their own growth/changes in situation during this book too and again we see the true strength of the bond they have always shared and what it has now grown into. Everyone needs a Moira and Bandit!
I really enjoyed finding out more about the puzzle pieces and outside forces at play within Ruby’s story, some of which started from her birth. She is not the type to be a pawn in other people’s games but with secrets kept from her, other things completely unknown to everyone and Ruby literally not being able to share certain things we have a lot of layers.
The audiobook was narrated by Jake and Bridget Bordeaux (duet) once again and just like the previous two book they did an incredible job especially with such a diverse group of characters!!
I absolutely loved book three and highly recommend the audiobook! I can’t wait to find out what happens next, especially as we are now finally seeing Ruby go home to take her rightful place.
This series just gets better....
