4🌟 3🌶 5🎧Age gap mafia romance with Damiano & Gabriella. I enjoyed this story ,it was an easy read. Gabrielle had it rough growing up and Damiano was the perfect match for her. this man was a bit rough on the edges but he fell so hard for the FMC. The revenge scenes in this book are some of the best in have read in dark romance and I loved it. Loved the epilogue, just perfect 👌

I am a lover of all things Michelle Heard & I waited with bated breath for this to come to audible, had it preordered & counted down the days until release day & I was not disappointed. It had everything I love in a Mafia romance & Damiano's feelings for Gabi were not to be ignored, I loved how he read the situation with Stefano & her despicable parents, I was even more in love with him when it became obvious how much he had fallen for her, also, the love he had for his beloved Mama & Aunt, omg, it was absolutely beautiful to read, it had the right amount of Mafia stuff but the romance stood out more for me personally, I do love a morally grey man who falls first, phew, I needed fanning, hehe 🤭 great story, great narration, they definitely brought these two to life & made the whole experience of the book, which I also have in ebook & paperback format, much better for me, I immersed myself into the story even tho I knew what was coming, the anticipation was still there with the narrators bringing the story to life. Everything I want in a book & Michelle Heard always delivers, you've done it again, you definitely knocked this out of the park along with your narrators, they did a phenomenal job, thank you to all who made this happen & so worth the wait, just need to keep on adding more MH books to my audible library 😁 Big hugs, Lynne C. 🫶🏻🙏🏻🤗🫦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (apols for delay in reviewing, life gets in the way!)
