Zahara

Is it possible to fall for a man you don't know?

Before I saw his face, heard his voice, or felt the warmth of his touch, I fell in love with his mind. Devious. Cunning. Deceptive.

The master of deadly and dangerous plans. The silent threat no one saw coming. Manipulating people's lives like pawns on a chessboard.

When he steps out of the shadows, the king reclaiming his throne, he sets the world aflame and burns my heart to ash.

Massimo

After eighteen years, I finally got my freedom back. My dark empire was waiting, primed for me to take the reins.

I'll punish the traitors who stole my life and make them feel true pain. The era of peace is over. I'm ready to unleash mayhem.

But I left one prison only to be trapped again in a battle between my conscience and my desire.

The one thing I desire above all else I can never have.

My sweet angel. My magnificent queen. My Zahara.

Perfectly Imperfect is a series of interconnected standalones that can be enjoyed in any order. However, Sweet Prison is a companion to Darkest Sins, and this duet is best enjoyed in tandem and proper order, beginning with Darkest Sins.

This is a forbidden step brother mafia romance featuring Zahara & Massimo. These two started off as prison penpals until he is released. This was another slow burn and honestly coming from reading Darkest Sins I had great expectations for this book. The romance was ok but it just wasn't fully developed for me.
I was not impressed by the reveal of the villain who caused all the problems from the previous books and this book. How it was dealt with was just not satisfying. I also did not buy Zahara's new found confidence although I was happy for her. The narrators were amazing as always.

Amazingly beautiful sory as usual from Neva Altaj! Complemented by an excellent job done by the narrators. Allyson Voller is absolutely amazing with dual narration.

Absolutely amazing story!

The first half of the book was really good and I throughly enjoyed the pen paling! It made me really like the characters but the last quarter went from 0 to 100 in terms of character development and both MCs became really unrealistic

Loved the concept
