For anyone with morbid curiosity, a fascinated by real disaster stories and often tries to image how they might react - this is for you!

Probably one of my top 10 non fiction books of all time. The only weak point is how bizarrely often Israeli examples are used, especially of trauma, which I feel reduces the quality of the data given the unique nature of the conflicts they insist on pursuing.

Mostly very well written, definitely accessible - pity about some of the examples
