I have been listening to the Uncanny podcast cast and was glad to have some more to listen to.
What I really liked about this was that I didn’t have to listen to Kieran Okeith come up with sceptical explanations that are more unlikely than it being paranormal.
Anyway great book Danny.
I have already listened through the whole thing twice.

Intriguing cases, thoughtful insights, and a great respect for the experiences of everyone involved. I’m a fan of the podcast and was really excited to listen to the audiobook, I wasn’t at all disappointed, and would encourage listeners to download!

I’m a fan of Danny’s podcast and this audiobook does not disappoint. These new cases genuinely had me spooked, especially the UFO story in Middlesbrough. I was outside in the dark earlier convinced for a moment I’d see a black sphere in the back garden. I had to dash back inside!

I’m going to listen again to pick up on any details I missed the first time around. I would recommend to any fan of real life paranormal stories.

Overall I enjoyed this book. As you'd expect, Danny's performance is great and he's obviously put a lot of thought into the listening experience which can be overlooked in some audio books. The stories are basically extended versions of the kind of thing he does in the pod. It did feel a bit drawn out in places but overall an enjoyable experience.
