Özet
 WELCOME TO NIGHT CITY.
THE CITY OF DREAMS.
IF IT HASN'T CHANGED YOU YET, IT WILL . . .
AND IF IT DOESN'T KILL YOU, YOU MIGHT COME OUT THE OTHER SIDE AS A LIVING LEGEND.

In neon-drenched Night City, a ragtag group of strangers have just pulled off a heist, robbing a convoy transporting a mysterious container belonging to Militech. The only thing the group has in common is that they were blackmailed into participating in the heist - and they have no idea just how far their mysterious employer's reach goes, or the purpose of the artifact they stole.

This newly formed gang - composed of a veteran turned renegade, a sleeper agent for Militech, a computer nerd, a therapist, a ripperdoc, and a techie - must learn how to overcome their differences and work together, lest their secrets be unveiled before they can pull off the next deadly heist.

Set in the world of Cyberpunk 2077, one of the bestselling video games of recent years, this electrifying novel from acclaimed Polish SF writer Rafal Kosik follows a group of strangers as they discover that the dangers of Night City are all too real.©2023 CD Projekt S.A. Love the Cyberpunk 2077 universe but I found this hard to follow. The story for me seemed to jump from place to place with no proper transition. The voice acting was great and nothing to fault, adding extra immersion from the game, but the story wasn’t for me.

A hard follow

The story seems quite hard to follow at times, and requires some knowledge of the Cyberpunk 2077 universe (from the game or the anime). I struggled to get into it, but enjoyed my fix of Night City content.
The narration was excellent however.

Excellent narration, meh story

I love the Cyberpunk 2077 game and the anime Edgerunner, but I just couldn't follow this audiobook. It didn't seem to have a coherent story, and perhaps it is just me, but didn't really know what was going on.

Disappointing.

A pretty wide but interesting story with a great ambiance of Night City. Going in blind with no reference can be a bit offputting to some perhaps, but i don't class this as a hard listen.

This would be a very nice start for a long series, since cutting these stories too short is just like watering it down. it needs time and lot of content to be told properly.

Great narrator and i liked the characters included.

Really enjoyed this book and wish there were more cyberpunk audio books out there!
Only issue I had was that I found it difficult to follow along with it bouncing around to different events happening at the same time. A small break or chapter change could have made all the difference.

The voice acting is superb!
