Who knew sleeping around could save the entire species?

I'm a simple dragon. Give me knowledge, give me research, give me rings for my hoard, and give me athletic men who want to get sweaty between the sheets . . . or anywhere else. Those things make me happy. Other things . . . well, who cares about those?

Turns out, I should have cared. Or at least paid attention. Because I somehow signed up for a scientific study run by a shy, nerdy sorcerer with the body of a god. And the study just happens to be about my favorite form of exercise.

It doesn't take long for me to know I want to do more than science with Rhys. I've never been the kind of dragon to mix feelings with fun, but Rhys could be the one person who meets all my needs, even if he won't wear a ring on every finger.

But when his research becomes more important than any of us could have imagined, our relationship enters a new phase. Now it's up to me to show Rhys how much he's worth . . . both to me and to the future of his species.©2022 Louisa Masters Contemporary Literature & Fiction Paranormal Romantik Çağdaş Romantizm Kurgu Fantastik Ejderhalar

I loved everything about this book. The two main characters were great, and the side characters are varied in a good way. The whole world-building is done well, and everything is totally believable.

I loved everything about this book. Louisa can write, seriously write, how her brain finds these stories, no one knows, but they are so well executed you want to read the next book immediately.

Follow that with the narration by Joel Leslie, and you have a bestseller, in my opinion. Yes, I sped up the audible, but very slightly. It was well narrated, clear, and just so concise. But he had a perfect book to narrate. Well done, both of you.

I'm just leaving the same review for all the books in the series because whilst each book focuses on a different couple there is a continuous storyline and you still see a lot of the other characters.

These books are brilliant. I have never laughed out loud more at a book than I have with these.
I love the whole set up of the world and the different species. The whole series is really well written and all of the characters are unique.

The narration is incredible and it wouldn't be hard to believe there was a full cast of narrators instead of just one.

Highly recommend.

This book was so entertaining. I had to grin and laugh a fair bit . Especially Fabian his antics did me in. Under all his antics lives a sharp mind and he and Reece are a force to keep an eye on. Especially now there is a pivotal point in the overall story line.
This combo do find their hea.
5*

Joel Leslie is very good in keeping me engaged with the storyline, even after listening for a longer while. The voicing for characters is destinctive enough to make clear who is who throughout. 5*
