Join James, our intrepid adventurer, streamer, and bug hunter, as he jumps headfirst into the first true immersion VRMMORPG game and explores the digital reality that the dev's have kept under lock and key.

No previews? No class or race info before launch? What could possibly go wrong? Especially starting in the empire inspired by ancient Egypt.

Rolling a character reminiscent of an old-school D&D cleric, James takes on the world of Sosaku Online with spear, shield, and holy fire.

Features: VR, cursing, violence, slice of life. No: harem, explicit, telemarketers.

I have received this free copy for an honest review. This was a great listen, really fun and catching, a nice story and a nice very white mc, but that has some real potential. And a killer ending, really you need to listen to it. The narration is great, clear and easy to follow.

Gamey and catching

I liked the performance in this book but the story is not for me personally.

I found this to be very enjoyable and the main character displayed a playstyle very similar to that which I personally tend to adopt. I can't wait for the next book!

Enjoyable story, recomended!

This book has all the classic elements of a LitRPG, VR, PODs, character generation, etc. But I’m a dessert theme and with a priest MC.
The book story keeps you listening (well past when you intended to stop).
The narration is clear with good emotional tone, without any cringe worthy moments (such as terrible accents - thank the gods!)
A worthy credit and one to follow.

Classic LitRPG at its best
