Thought provoking for any entrepreneur
Great listen
Helped me re think why we are doing what we are doing and how we are going to drive this into everything we do into the future!
Does repeat a bit but the point is definitely hammered home to about the right level
Probably a book to re read/listen to every now and again to refresh and reset!

Worth listening, but get ready to hear about Apple
it's really good, no doubt
I don't consider the time wasted at all
but the amount the author praises Apple is way too much, apple has shown enough negative examples, so stop praising them like they are the chosen ones

Simon Sinek - nice guy still tells it straight
There's a part at the end where he says he gives this way as it's inline with his why.
it sums it up nicely. If you want to know a fundamental of business and perhaps your own psychology listen to this, it's not complicated and full of examples if it were to seem that way.

Explains why company mission is so importan
A great book that is dedicated to prove that companies must have and always know their "why" (purpose and mission).
I would skip the intro though, because at leat for me it had to much "marketing" and motivational content.
