In this uproarious collection of travel essays, Chelsea Handler sneaks her sharp wit through airport security and delivers her most absurd and hilarious stories ever.

"If you’re one of the millions who enjoy Handler’s sarcastic, self-deprecating humor (and her tendency to be pantless), then you may just pee yourself laughing as she humiliates herself from Montenegro to Telluride." —Booklist

On safari in Africa, it's anyone's guess as to what's more dangerous: the wildlife or Chelsea. But whether she's fumbling the seduction of a guide by not knowing where tigers live (Asia, duh) or wearing a bathrobe into the bush because her clothes stopped fitting seven margaritas ago, she's always game for the next misadventure.

The situation gets down and dirty as she defiles a kayak in the Bahamas, and outright sweaty as she escapes from a German hospital on crutches. When things get truly scary, like finding herself stuck next to a passenger with bad breath, she knows she can rely on her family to make matters even worse. Thank goodness she has the devoted Chunk by her side-except for the time she loses him in Telluride.

Complete with answers to the most frequently asked traveler's questions, hot travel trips, and travel etiquette, none of which should be believed, Uganda Be Kidding Me has Chelsea taking on the world, one laugh-out-loud incident at a time. Epic book I expected nothing less than stomach aching laughter from start to finish and it far surpassed that, can't wait for the next book

Loved it and loved the conversations she'd play out playing other people lol. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to hearing more of her stories in the future

I love Chelsea and I heard about this book from her Netflix special. I decided to get the audiobook as I thought it would be quite entertaining. I wasn't wrong. This was a humorous book and I really enjoyed it. It took me a really long time to read it but it was okay I guess haha.

Okay I guess.

Deciding whether I should finish it and maybe it would redeem itself in some way.. In it Chelsea says.. Americans are Assholed on Safari but she doesn't say it definitely enough or often enough in relation to her group and their Ilk (not Americans in general.. If these women were 15 years old they might be eventually forgiven but apparently they are all adults in their forties.. Unbelievable

Awful..
