These 101 inspiring stories show the many ways we can find happiness, whether it's by counting our blessings, embracing simple pleasures, fostering connections, or making learning a life-long priority. Broadcaster Deborah Norville's preface shows how she found renewed purpose in life after a setback, while the stories from cancer patient Angela Sayers that bookend the collection are excellent reminders to embrace every day as much as possible. Performer Cynthia Barrett's sweet, uplifting voice is a pleasure to listen to. All in all, an excellent pick-me-up for those who need a push toward happiness.

It was an autobiography of a lady who had to overcome some terrible things. I marked it down one just because I thought soup for the soul was all little stories..

A really heavy bias of stories from women. Narrated by a lady too so I feel as though the title should be altered to alert the listener as to the content. That said I listened to it all (double speed worked well for me) and can definitely recommend it for women but it's not one I'll be listening to again.
