Sometimes I doubt myself when attracted to a children's book, but this has assured my choice. I cried, I loved the subtlety, the gentleness and the whole thing.

And I resolved to love again ❤️

It was emotional at the end and it was the best book EVER and also it made me cry 😿😿😹 I also loved it when Abilene came to the shop and recognised Edward.

My young grandson asked for this book on Audible and we listened to it together. At first I wondered if he might be upset by some of the things that happened to Edward, but he loved it. I would recommend it to any child over 8, and to all grandparents!
