Summary

Ayurveda has been in great demand for the total well-being of a person. Ayurveda uses all-natural herbal products for the meditation process and includes various other activities, especially yoga, to bring in a balance to the whole body system of a man. 

Ayurveda has also considered the importance of a healthy diet to restore the essential nutrients and balance of the body. Our body can be classified into "doshas", and depending on these, the food constituents can be grouped accordingly. Some foods that are beneficial to a particular dosha can be harmful to another, and this depends on each person's health conditions. 

In Ayurveda, ideal food is considered the main constituent for a balanced body, and this requires food with lots of proteins, vitamins, minerals, fiber content, and carbohydrates as the source of energy.

Collect much information !!

An AWESOME guide book for beginners. I found this book interesting. The introduction explained how the author discovered Ayurveda when researching cleanses and ended up an expert! I learned that my mind-body type is Pitta, and how to stay balanced. I highly recommended it to all beginners. I think beginners can collect much information from this guide book.

Someday I’ll know who I want to be when I grow up. When that happens, this book will be the next step. Seriously - great book. I’m lost, but nowhere near as lost as I was before I started listening this.
