NOT a How To ANYthing

"Once you activate... once you learn how...
once you adopt it as a way of life ..once you..
blah blah for 13 chapters !
disclaimer states it's for "educational purposes".. nope not beyond spending 13 chapters on defining the meaning of the word. Also for "entertainment purposes".. not after you figure out it's not telling you anything you don't already know.. nothing new to see here folks, move along!

Pretty good to be honest

Been a fan of J.P Edwins books, and this is no dissapointment. Always up to par with quality and narration, and I have been looking for a diet to try thats not bullshit. Give the audiobook a try, actually a real diet book with good methods too!

Very interesting topic and book

Pretty good listen while walking to school. Informative and easy to listen to. Im not a big fad diet follower, but this seems like a much more real look at diets with no crazy claims!
Would recommend if your contemplating on getting this, pretty much read all other books about diets but this one gives a new outlook!

Interesting topic

Have heard about autophagy on other audiobooks but none of them really touched into the subject, so i looked up the subject and found this book. Great to listen to and very informative. Would recommend for anyone looking to learn more about dieting and how it works, as this book provides you with very good methods of weight loss!

Educational!

This book contains a lot of information about fasting/intermittent fasting, keto and exercise. The book won't tell you step by step exactly what you need to do, as someone complained about. Don't get me wrong though, all the information you really need is in there. You just need to be able to apply it yourself. Which I think is a positive thing because you should understand what you are doing before actually doing it. The book is well written and narrated well.

Fasting + Keto = Benefits

I have been reading about Keto and Fasting online for a while and have been trying both diets on and off for about 6 months. Before this book I had no idea about how these two diets could be connected through this so called "Autophagy". Some parts of the book is pretty complex but nonetheless it's a very interesting read that can inspire you to both learn more, and implement fasting, keto and excercise into your daily life.

Very interesting!!!

Quite an interesting read, but this is pretty complicated stuff for me. Parts of the book is simple and easy to understand, while other parts are a bit more complicated.. Nonetheless it was a very interesting book, and i'm glad I got to learn about Autophagy and its connection to Keto and Intermittent fasting which I was already interested in before this book. Great read!
