Terrible Reader! Content Ok

Terrible reader, she drones on and on in a half asleep voice. Content seems ok, the author is a little pushy with the vegetables, a diet full of red meats and fish will provide much more nutrition and invigorate your health!! Other than that the content seemed sound. After listening I am surprised at all the five reviews, it’s not that good of a book, but to each their own.

Wow - what a totally integrative book

The best collection of data I have seen to date. I like all the foot notes that reference the source. I have been searching many sources and wish that I had this a year ago.
