I love it!

Take this book and make Complete Alkaline Diet recipes easily. We all know that foods affect our body so much hence it is good to know what foods are best for us. Beginners should read this book as it provides easy to understand information which is great. I love it!

Highly recommended.

This is really an excellent book. The cookbook is great as it has a lot of great recipes. I change up the meals during the week and the cookbook really comes in handy. This book is very well written by the author and I highly recommend this book to all of you guys.

Good informative.
