My friend has had a tough upbringing, she has had to grow up fast and has been responsible for herself from a young age.
After listening to this book, I can understand why my friend behaves the way she does...she even questions our friendship and why do I still want to be friends with her as she is not a good friend!
I am so happy I found this book, I always tell my friend to take better care of herself which will help in time to build her self esteem. I know hearing your friends saying take care of yourself is not rhe same as a professional telling you.
I hope she will listen and start making the changes required to build her self esteem.
The advice and tips are amazing and I especially liked the bonus chapter on secure attachments.
