This audiobook is the perfect guide to understanding anxious attachment, as well as getting rid of it. The truth is, without understanding what anxious attachment is and how it works, and recognizing the signs of it in your own behavior (or your partner's behavior), it can be really difficult to turn things around.
This book dives deep into understanding what it means and the usual behavior patterns. The roadmap to turn anxious attachment to secure attachment includes practical exercises and reforming methods, as well as tips for healthier self-esteem and stronger mindset.
Overall an amazing book and a great tool to help you start turning things around!

I have to admit I wasn't aware of the anxious attachment style before listening to this audiobook. I did relate with some of the symptoms of anxious attachment and really got me thinking about certain things that went wrong in past relationships. I think the author does a great job in explaining this issue, its symptoms, and how to improve your relationships, either friendships or romantic ones. If you find yourself not being fulfilled in your relations with others, there's a high chance you struggle with anxious attachment and you're not even aware of it. I definitely recommend anyone to give this book a listen, it's well worth it! Loved the fact there a PDF coming with it, it helps when looking to go back to certain parts in the book.

This book is filled with so much valuable information. It provides a logical approach to healing emotional wounds, which is key in overcoming any form of anxiety. The anxious attachment style can lead to self-sabotage and can be really destructive for relationships. This book has a lot of helpful advice that you can use to overcome your anxious attachment style, which will help you find peace in your life. The author's advice is credible and pragmatic, which makes it easier to put their suggestions into practice!
