You should be operable on every sensation that comes your way, and I truly mean that. We are the guardians to our own galaxy. When one arm is cut off, can the other survive? Yes, it can. When one kidney is taken out, can the left side still function? That is why some choose to donate. None of these examples are part of the book, but I’m freely giving you an idea of what is touched upon inside.

And it’s for each to take their own understanding from it. I try not to look at things the same way as others do, because it’s very easy for me to think outside the box with how I present my own opinion on a matter. And it’s not that I disagree with psychology at all - it has some wondrous minds inside of it - but sometimes all it takes is an outsider to paint a more simplified version to an illness that’s diagnosed for all to conform to. 

There is only so much I can bring to my definitions when expressing words that some may not agree with. I believe we all have a different understanding and viewpoint from our neighbors and family, even if we are taught to pray in the morning or act ladylike and in a proper manner. All these things are compartmentalized, and brain washed for a reason, just like anxiety and worry that come eagerly from an unbalanced disposition. 

I still haven’t given anything away. What I want the listener to take from this audiobook is an idea that you can save yourself from allowing it to get worse than it actually is. 

I talk plenty about the importance of dieting and how it can be the savior that isn’t Jesus and a miracle. I’m no expert on what foods to eat, so do not look for detailed analysis on the exact foods, their specific attributes, and what should be added to a meal plan. 

Because another diet that you’ll pick up when listening is how we neglect ourselves more than we should. And what can be found be ideal is to learn how the body functions, i.e., the job of the circulatory system is to move nutrients, blood, carbon dioxide, hormones, and oxygen. All it takes is a little Googling, some listening to not only my audiobook, but other sources that can bring you all you need to have a defense prepared. And the answers can be right in front of you if you learn how to prioritize what you should listen to and what should be skipped over.
