I identify with so much in this book
I wanted to find out more and understand how my anxiety controls my life. The book explained so much to me on the understanding of what anxiety is and how it dictates my choices in life. If you want to know what anxiety is and how to make it stop dictating your every move in your life, listen to the book and start living again. It has changed my outlook on anxiety. I am more in control and feel like I can identify so much with the writers experiences. I am not alone and understand that I can make changes and anxiety will not dictate my every move anymore!

Best book ever! And I was not paid to read it sure is this review!
I am 64 years old was diagnosed with panic attack disorder some 20 years ago. I have read many books done a lot of therapy, but this is the best book I have ever read/heard.
The guy is real and even though he is not a professional he has the best advice I’ve ever heard. Buy this book you won’t regret it you’ll only be glad you did!
