I really like this book.

I really like this book. The recipes are very good and I especially love the action plan in the book. I highly recommend this book if you or someone you know is suffering from inflammatory diseases. I want to continue a diet to reduce inflammation.

Nice. Great Anti-Inflammatory Diet Cookbook for beginners! Looking through it when it first arrived, I saw so many easy and delicious-looking recipes. I made the cauliflower soup the next day for lunch and it was fantastic!

Excellent information, clear, concise and friendly; coherently arranged. Great recipe. I have learned a lot and have enough confidence to experiment/combine after the first listening. Very helpful; he became a guide to daily cooking and planning.

Perfect guide.

This is not only a recipe book, but an educational book on inflammation. I would highly recommend for anyone with weight issues, inflammation, arthritis, diabetes, allergies and anyone with digestive disorders. I'm a certified nutrition health coach and have given this book as a gift and listen it myself. Will buy again to give as a gift.

Best Audio Book .

This book saved my life. I have recently had health problems and a test came back positive for an auto immune disease - not sure which. This book helped me go from being nauseous and super inflamed after every meal to going back to a normal routine. I will say you will have to customize some of the foods (peanuts for me are a trigger), but it’s a good basis for starting.

Nice to Hear.

I receive this book last week. Did all my grocery shopping and started preparing meals. The grocery list for the first week will cover you for most of your meals the following week. 8 salmon filets, I bought 2 packages of 2 at Trader Joe's. There was no reason to buy all of that Salmon up front. The meals have been easy to make and my inflammation from arthritis is starting to feel better.

Supper Book.

I wish she would have included the potassium and phosphorus levels in the recipes nutrition information as I have chronic kidney disease as well as type two diabetes, and fibromyalgia. It would have helped a great deal.

Excellent Information.

I really like this cookbook. The recipes are easy and taste good, even to my picky child. I do think the recipes I've tried could use less salt. I've never cooked with much, and the food tastes well with 3/4 to 1/2 the amount. I would have liked more vegetarian meals vs the red meat. Anti inflammatory meals are supposed to be moving more away from meat. Overall, I'm happy with this book though - it's hard to find specialty cookbooks that have family friendly meals that also have room to alter them to gluten free or vegan, etc.

Very Helpful Book

Bought this book because I need to change to anti-inflammatory eating habits and this book was an excellent place for a "beginner" to start. The book's introduction explains good & bad inflammation as well as which foods are best for preventing/healing too much inflammation and which ones contribute to inflammation. We have only had the book one week, so the physical changes that eating this diet have yet to come; but we have done almost all of the "Week 1" recipes and they are simple and tasty. We have all enjoyed eating the meals (including my 8 year old)!

Great Book Overall.

Great book! Love that it provides a shopping list, recipes, and a menu list. Food is tasty and filling. One thing I wish it provided was snacks and serving sizes. I have to say that it made me try things that I never thought I would like salmon and butternut squash...they're not too bad!

Good Quality Book.

This book is helpful but really has more recommendations than actual recipes. But with that in mind, buying a Mediterranean diet might be a better idea of you're not a seasoned cook who's able to throw random ingredients around the house into a dish and make Gordon Ramsey say "That's actually pretty f****** good".
