Decent manual

This is a great manual to help you get control of your health through the diet. I started my cooking from Salmon and Salsa and gradually re-molded and re-oriented the whole cooking process I’ve been used to for years. Side Dishes are great, mostly they may be used as main dishes, and they work well for me. Thanks to Anthony Fung, Jason T. William.

Helpful Guide

Nice One!

I haven't found a recipe I was crazy about yet, and some of the recipes call for the doubtful ingredients, but I do my own changes, swapping out everything I don't like and changing it for healthier ingredients. I would recommend the anti-inflammatory diet for anyone, looking to really change their lifestyle, and this diet book would make a decent manual to follow whenever you feel like cooking something healthy at home.

Now I'm sure I'm making healthier food choices

Few weeks after following the anti-inflammatory diet my spouse's symptoms come and go so they might have been going. Either way, I'm sure I'm making healthier food choices at the local grocery store when I shop now. Getting this Anti Inflammatory Diet book made it easier to organize all the weekly meal plans and stick with them even within a limited time frame. I appreciate all of the soups and stews recipes, they've made my cooking chores much easier, and the desserts section is the one our whole family loves.

Healthy recipes.

Finding a good diet in internet is a daunting task. All the diet books i have purchased till now are mostly a pile of garbage where i have found a few good recipes are most of them are worthless or very old. Where this Anti Inflammatory Diet book stands on difference. The recipes are mostly unique although i have not gone though all of them but all those new recipe i have tried comes really well and they are prepared using healthy ingredients. I am looking forward with this Anti Inflammatory Diet book.

Amazing diet plans...

I realized that what I eat plays a huge part in how I feel, what I can win over every single day. This type of diet has changed the way I think about the foods I eat, and I think everyone should understand the importance of eating healthy meals, cooked at home. The instructions were very clear and concise, giving all the necessary information on the matter. To clear inflammation from your body medicine are not enough – they do more harm than good. Change your way of life, live clean, walk more, eat healthily and you will start to notice positive changes within your body.

This book is very helpful

This book is very helpful. It is put together in a way that is easy to follow and easy to incorporate into a daily or weekly routine. Great and yummy suggestions for recipes and meals that are not to difficult to put together. Especially good for someone not able to make big changes but willing to move into a healthier direction. The weekly shopping lists are put together well and got me started out on the right path. Love this book!

Fresh and healthy diet plan..

Definitely not as cheap to shop but fresh and healthy. You have to maintain your body in good health, and eating the healthy foods is one of the surest ways to do so. I purchased this Anti Inflammatory Diet book for my sister, who's been struggling with various health issues and decided to get a Kindle copy for myself since I feel like my weekly menu lacks not only diversity but the healthy food options too. I'm vegan, and this Anti Inflammatory Diet book is a decent compliment to all the Anti Inflammatory Diet books I have already in my collection.

It’s a good deal at this price

If you need to deal with inflammation, I highly recommend the anti-inflammatory diet for you, my friend. Great One!

Of all the Anti Inflammatory diet books I’ve ever tried to use this one seems to offer the most delicious recipes to try. It would make an easy and enjoyable addition to any diet – I’m a vegan, and trying to avoid gluten, soy, dairy, so I had to make certain tweaks to the recipes to make them suitable for the needs I have but apart from that this Anti Inflammatory diet book is a great deal at this price.

This one is a good one

This one is a good one! I’m so happy I listen this anti-inflammatory book. I realize that the design quality is a bit below average and there are no illlustrations to refer to and to appreciate in it but the meals you get compensate all the disadvantages you can possibly meet. So far this is the best anti-inflammatory book I have in my kitchen and I have quite a few of them.

I've been looking

Even my kids were eating

Even my kids were eating Coconut Chicken Dish I tried to cook yesterday. They are not that picky but trying new things can be a bit of a problem sometimes. Like many other people

Like many other people here, I came from the keto diet because it has been too limiting and too strict for me to enjoy it.
I decided to get a try of anti-inflammatory recipes and chose this cookbook accidentally so as not to be biased.

Great book!

I bought this book as a result of cardiomyopathy as my cardiologist recommended that I needed to start eating and anti-inflammatory diet. I've been trying the recipes and they are really good. The recipes call for fresh foods in the smoothies. Many of theAnti Inflammatory Dietmeals call for lots of coconut products. I've had never heard of coconut amino acids but it taste a lot like soy sauce. Proteins consist of chicken, fish, beans, squash, nuts and hemp. Great book!
