This audiobook is an excellent audiobook

good book

There are many recipes that sound delicious. I gave him 4 instead of 5 because she offered a lot of very expensive ingredients - seriously, I can't buy a dozen eggs for $9, but she claims that if you don't eat this way, you won't be from it. Get any health benefits to eat ranch eggs and grass-fed beef. Not everyone can buy a product for a person who spends $200 or $300 a week. In the 2 weeks after I started eating, I lost 5 pounds and my blood sugar level dropped significantly (I have diabetes). I don't have the traction as before. The food is delicious and you will never be hungry.

good information

Cool recipes! Thankfully I did not d any of the reviews before I bought the book. So far I’ve made about six of the recipes and they are absolutely delicious. Yes some of the ingredients are difficult to find if you don’t have access to a health food store but isn’t that what Amazon is for? I thoroughly enjoyed the smoothies, buckwheat pancakes, the fennel and leek soup, the chicken chili and the swordfish with pineapple and cilantro. What would be helpful would be a list of ingredients to purchase at the grocery store based on the recipes. Nice book!

Well i am happy ! Yes i really like to it on the early mornings and cook! I LOVE my The Anti-Inflammatory Diet! The recipes in the book have really helped me try some new combos and they are great! I highly recommend this cook book to go along with your Instant Pot!! Great recipes! I use this book often. My favorite are the steel cut oats and the lamb curry. Can't go wrong with this recipe book. Great! GOOD ONE

Try the brownie recipe - delicious!! Good intro to what the anti-inflammatory diet is about and why it needs focus. All the recipes I’ve tried so far have come out nice but the brownies were the best.

Awesome The Anti-Inflammatory Diet! And I love this instant pot cookbook. I’m a little jaded in looking at downloadable cookbooks. But this has pictures, clear to follow menus, varieties of all kinds of food. It also has menus month by month if you like that too! I cannot imagine all of the work that has gone into this product. The Anti-Inflammatory Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. With a thorough explanation of foods that causes inflammation and those that are anti-inflammatory, I was amazed at the true effect of what you eat can truly make or break your health. Explaining how the inflammatory foods affect different parts and functions of the body was also useful information to include before getting into the recipes. I am recommended!
