I really appreciate that feature for the recipes

I really appreciate that feature for the recipes in her other audiobooks that I own so I can know when I am making something more or less extra high I fats. This audiobook is conspicuously missing that feature, and I think the reason why is that many of the recipes are void of any significant amount of fat.

This audio book is well written and the plans seem doable. I don't usually eat breakfast, so the smoothies worked well for me. My favorites were the Protein Powerhouse and the Super Green Smoothie. They kept me full for ages.
