I never had ever really thought about anger and how I should and should not use it. This book has made a positive impact on my life and I recommend this astonishing book to anyone who has struggled with anger.

I truly enjoyed listening it

Good stuff

Actionable strategies here. I wasn’t sure how to deal with my anger, but one thing I know is, it’s getting out of hand. Good thing I acted fast before seeing an anger management therapist. There are some good stuff here to learn.
