Learn how to control your emotional state using science-based methods…

Do you sometimes tend to lose control over your mind and your body?

Have you ever caught yourself casting anger on your family or partner?

Would you like to have the ability to fully control your emotions and actions?

I think there is no doubt that you want to make changes, so just keep reading…

Anger Management Workbook is a book that is going to change your perception about the power of the mind and its importance, so you never have to deal with negative emotions and anger control.

There are a lot of psychological problems people face these days. The one we are going to break-down in this book is anger, specifically negative anger - a negative emotion which can destroy long-lasted relationships, carrier, and life. People who are filled with anger usually don’t see anything positive around them. You would be surprised how many people experience this emotion daily, how many of them already grew-up this emotion in their head, and made it a habit.

After more than two years of deep research and practice, I decided to create a guide that would teach you how to get rid of this negative emotion once and for all. How you detect your situation and fix it the fastest way possible.

Here is just a little of what is inside the book:

  • What is positive and negative anger?
  • Why is anger a secondary emotion? Which one is primary?
  • When does anger start to build up?
  • Top anger management exercises.
  • Self-identification guide for quick results.
  • Meditation for anger?
  • Much much more…

Every single word in this book has value. Every combination of words has knowledge. Don’t waste a minute more of your time, take this guide, and start using it.

I read a lot of anger management books, and I found nothing new. Sometimes is sad to read and think that you know better than the author.

I think it is not okay to fall asleep while listening to an audiobook. I find it very irritating, because I cannot listen properly! This voice is too calming. Not for me.

I really believe in the words of this author. Wise and make a lot of sense to me—great emotional help book for people who want to have an empty and not overcrowded head.

I like to suggest the other readers to stop the audio if some information was sensitive to some people or too fast to process and return when you are relaxed and open minded.

Sometimes too fast
