This book is for everyone. We all get rage. We all get angry. And sometimes we do not vent it the right way and hurt people that we care about very much when we do not really want to. This gave easy to read examples-not over simplified-about a different variety of situations and ways to handle them. This should actually be taught as a class in high school or even middle school to help kids handle their anger.

excellent book

There's a lot of good information in this book. I just need to figure out how much of it I can apply to my anger problems. I am prone to outbursts when I'm stressed, and lately I've been stressed all the time and there's not a lot that I can do to reduce the stress level.

I only wish I had found this book years ago, since I believe it would have made a profound difference in many life choices and actions I have made throughout the years.
