Highly Recommend it!!

It is true also as this audiobook entails that many of our emotional states have origins in our childhood. It is very difficult indeed to dust off this mirror of the past and recognise that those childhood experiences that we disliked the most when our parents got angry, are the same ways that we are doing to our own children, repeating what should have been stopped.

Love it.

I bought this because I was having a problem with anger. Then, I blocked the whole lot of narcissists I grew up. My life became peaceful. I realized that I didn’t have anger management issues, I had narcissist abuse from family and partners issues.

Practice what you listen

I have learned new ways of coping, and I have seen a definite decrease of anger spells and fits of 'uncontrollable' rage. You have to practice what you listen, actively, even when you don't want to. This is worth the money. Hopefully this can help you like it helped me.

excellent book

There's a lot of good information in this book. I just need to figure out how much of it I can apply to my anger problems. I am prone to outbursts when I'm stressed, and lately I've been stressed all the time and there's not a lot that I can do to reduce the stress level.
