Overall excellent guide for all of us!!

This book presented very little that I found helpful for dealing with anger in the volatile moment of the real-world experience. I was not into doing this at all. This book gave me a lot of information. It is concise and to the point. This book surprised me. It is a marvellous book for controlling anger.

I am highly suggested!

I highly recommend this book to anyone as I do not know one human being that has not dealt with an angry outburst of some kind. I grew a better understanding of myself and my relationship with anger. I am sure they will be helped to understand the pros and cons of anger management. I am highly suggested!

Highly recommend!

This book beautifully explains that vigorous relationships are based on both partners respecting and encouraging each other. I thought the author had lived with me my whole life after listening to so many of the examples. You cannot put a price on the value of this book. Highly recommend!

The book works in a cycle with the breathing exercises that I do regularly to prevent any meltdowns. If you got anger related impulse problems and have a few dollars

It is an excellent insight and thought-to provoke books. I listen to this book to help me understand my issues with anger. Excellent book

Narration is bad. Very bad.

If you don’t have a problem understanding someone with an accent, you may be fine with this book. Secondly, she narrates with a rushed style and cadence. I had to return the book and get a credit for it.
