I am not a historian; just enjoy listening to the history. This time period is especially interesting to me. I found this book well written, easy to understand. Information well organized and well presented.

This book has much fine point and is worth reading as several other reviewers have already pointed. This book helps weave a story on what happened through find facts from pale seismology, archaeology, archaeoclimatology and other methods of scientific research.
