Summary
Anatomy and physiology help you understand the complex systems that make up the human body. To understand the form and function of your body and anyone else’s, it is imperative you learn gross anatomy, histology, and much more.
Inside, you will discover:
- A review of salient points from early biology and chemistry courses
- Review on anatomy and physiology classes
- Skeletal and muscle systems
- Cell biology
- Much, much more
This guide is meant to help you solve your questions that arise in your high school or entry-level university course. It is as comprehensive as it can be to help you through your questions. You will still need to use flash cards, diagrams, and other materials to help you learn the terminology that unfolds during your course.
Take the time to study all the terms outlined in the chapters, explore the information, and use the figures to help you continue learning the parts of the body. At the end of each chapter are mini test questions designed to keep the information fresh in your mind.

Foundation Text In A and P.
College level text on the subject of Anatomy and Physiology. This text is the equal of any Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology text book you could buy at the campus bookstore. Clean and clear information, explain at a high academic level with the backing of the field of study, but accessible enough for the every day listener. A true professional text.

Great book, Pretty Heavy Though
Purchased this book for college and the quality is extremely great for the price. The only downside to this book is that it is quite heavy. If you are capable of learning through a audio file then I would suggest that first(its free). Other than the weight, the book is amazing.

Very good Kindle book and Audiobook.
I found this book useful because when I read that caffeine can take the place in the blood cell which an oxygen shall take, I decided to put in the bin my coffee which I bought because I realised that it will be better for me to drink juice instead of coffee. I also bought decaffeinated black tea. So I put knowledge from this book in practice. Thanks.

great for commutes!
I tried 3 books knowing I drive 3.5 hrs a day and wanting to be productive and see if I can retain some of this by osmosis! lol I like this one the best because its not just terms and quizzes, but explaining it as well. He also has a great accent which made it fun. I listened to the chapter once, then again pausing to test myself, then rewinding if needed to do it all again. it made the commutes useful and I feel it has helped a lot. Some of the others were robot voices or just terms being read
boring. This one was definitely the best in my opinion. Happy studying!

I ordered this to help my daughter with her anatomy and physiology class at college. She loves it. It has great information and helps her study for exams. I definitely encourage anyone that is taking this coarse, or a similar one, to order this study aid. I purchased it with several other quickstudy guides and have reviewed them together with this same review due to it applying to all of them. The quickstudy guides are all great and are a must for busy college or high school students.
