A great short full of vivid Ancient Egyptian imagery and description, brought to life with incredibly emotive narration.I felt like I was with Ana and her father as they shared a mysterious but defining moment, and I was fascinated by Ana's backstory. If you're interested in short stories or anything Egyptian give it a read, I'm sure there's more to come too!Beautifully Narrated Ancient Egyptian Tale!

What made the experience of listening to Ana's Trial the most enjoyable?
This is a hugely enjoyable listen by my favorite writer Dan Thompson. The heroine Anna is beautifully and colorfully worded, and the story is both insightful and captivating.The Narrators voice is tuneful and clear and she adds depth to the adventure.
What did you like best about this story?
I loved all the pre-history of Egyptian history. Dan describes all the sights and smells that Anna encounters. I liked the clever story line and the interaction between Anna's father, and how I felt that I was finding out about Anna's mother at the same time as she was.Have you listened to any of Barbara Nevins Taylor’s other performances? How does this one compare?
Barbra's voice, in which she read both the characters well, male/female was very life like.I have not heard any other of her performances but this was a great introduction to showcasing her talent.

I would recommend that you check out Dan' other work, as he very talented.A triumph
