I really enjoyed this book. interesting new world and magic system. Likeable characters with interesting banter throughout a fast paced and interesting plot.

Love the concept of this book. However, there were too many names and terms thrown at you in such a short span that it was hard to get it straight in my head what was going on. However, once it hit its stride the fast pace writing was very good. I’m not counting myself out of the series yet. I think this author has huge potential with a bit of practice.
