Jens' Geschichte macht Mut. Sie macht Mut, dass wir uns nicht mit einem Leben zufrieden geben, in dem wir nicht zufrieden sind. Sie macht Mut mit anderen über unsere psychischen Probleme zu sprechen. Sie macht vor allem Mut, dass man selbst aus den tiefsten Tälern wieder herauskommen kann.

brave sharing of a brave journey

very insightful!!! I wish I had heard all this while growing up with a mother who's life was defined by this illness and war trauma. But this book still stands to support my thinking and navigating my life as it is now.
