Summary

"You broke the rules, little human. I own you now."

I am an alpha wolf, one of the youngest in the States. I can pick any she-wolf in the pack for a mate. So why am I sniffing around the sexy human attorney next door? The minute I catch Amber's sweet scent, my wolf wants to claim her.

Hanging around is a bad idea, but I don't play by the rules. Amber acts all prim and proper, but she has a secret, too. She may not want her psychic abilities, but they're a gift.

I should let her go, but the way she fights me only makes me want her more. When she learns what I am, there's no escape for her. She's in my world, whether she likes it or not. I need her to use her gifts to help recover my missing sister - and I won't take no for an answer.

She's mine now.

Publisher's Note: Alpha's Danger is a stand-alone book in the Bad Boy Alpha's series. HEA guaranteed, no cheating. This book contains a hot, demanding alpha wolf with a penchant for protecting and dominating his female. If such material offends you, do not buy this book.

A loin shifter secret baby romance

An alienated ex military alpha hero, an evil secret lab experimenting on shifters, and a beautiful, strong lioness shifter mate bringing up her son on her own. Renee Rose deftly winds these into a tight and gripping plot that kept me listening all night! The narration is excellent, including good characterisation and a voice that is so easy to listen to!

It’s good, but not outstanding

I’ve read the first book of the series “Alpha’s temptation” and absolutely loved it. I like romance with strong female character and Amber isn’t really strong, like Kylie (Catgirl) from the first book.

In general the story is ok. I wouldn’t read it twice though.

Oh Boy!!

I really didn't think I could love a character more than i loved Jackson King but i was definitely wrong. Something about Garrett's bad boy alpha attitude that gets my blood pumping. This book was awesome and for someone who recently started listening to audioboks thats saying something. i loved it so much that i listened to it all in one day. Benjamin Sands did a good job narrating but i still wish they would get a female to read the girl parts because it can get confusing at some points. other than that i would definitely recommend this book and the series! cant wait for book 3!!!

Narrator only uses one voice

Both make and female characters all have the same male voice. It gets confusing as both characters speak from first person POV.

Amazing Audio of a GREAT erotic romance

Where does Alpha's Danger rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This was the best audiobook by far! The performer was able to growl and speak in just the way I imagined it when I first read the book.

What did you like best about this story?

I had to listen to this book because it totally captured my imagination when I read it, and I wanted to listen to the gravelly growls made by the male lead.

What about Benjamin Sands’s performance did you like?

Benjamin Sands did a wonderful job.His portrayal of Garrett was exactly what I heard when I read the book, but what I could not believe was how Sands could make his deep baritone sound "female".

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

"How was that for a third date?"

Any additional comments?

Awesome job!

will not read another one.

Horrible. Completely crossed the line from dominant male too rapist. The female character was not strong like she was portrayed to be. Just an awful book.

Meh

Garret was as likeable in this book as he was in the previous one. Amber on the other hand was irritating. I wish the women in series weren’t so flaky.

decent

it's a decent story. I liked it. I feel it would of been better read by someone else, someone with a more enticing voice for the juicy parts of the book.

Alpha’s Danger - 5 Stars

Garrett and Amber’s story was fun and enthralling. Their connection and chemistry sizzles across the pages. I absolutely adore the world building that Ms. Savino and Ms. Rose have written and cannot wait to read/listen to the others. So as Amber would say “Let the record reflect that I absolutely loved this story and cannot wait to start the next one.

This story is crap :(

This was a complete dud. This is supposed to be a short brain candy romance novel. I do not have outrageous expectations. But this was just bad. The plot relies too heavily troupes and repetitive language. The author tries too hard to have some S&M in the story but obviously doesn’t know what that is or the distinction between S&M, BDSM and abuse. The story development is jerky and so preposterous (yes, preposterous- even in a werewolf romance novel) it is hard to follow. This could have been a good plot if it had been finessed.
Beyond the bad writing was the presentation from the narrator. It was a bit monotonous and hard to follow different characters because they all sounded the same.
This was bad all the way around. Which is a bummer. The first book was pretty good for what it is. The only reason I finished it is because it was the only book I had downloaded and I had patchy service the a long drive.
