Great for building a better image of one's self
This book is amazing for building a positive outlook in life and emotional support. As a person suffering from anxiety and depression, this helped me find clarity, boost my confidence and see a clearer path for the betterment of myself. The narration and background music also helps and gets you in a hypnotic trance that assist the affirmations to be etched in to your mind. Highly recommended!

Good set of affirmations for beginners!
The author of this book has thought about their audience and what issues they may face, which I approve of.
