A couple's epic love story faces a twist of fate, putting their plans - and faith - to a heartbreaking test. Based on actual events.
Take a journey with a young army officer and an airline stewardess as they fall in love and prepare to share their lives together, when Saddam Hussein invades Kuwait.
As quickly as destiny brought them together, it separates them and puts them worlds apart. Bob promises to ask Allison a question when he returns home: Will she marry him? A question that she’s resolute to answer, "yes".
Each day that he’s gone means that they’re one day closer to him being almost home and their dream of a life together becoming a reality. As Operation Desert Storm launches - almost 7,000 miles from home, 260 miles deep into Iraq, cut off and outnumbered 2,000 to 1 in one of the largest battles of the Gulf War - can Bob keep his promise? Is love and faith enough to overcome the odds?
