awful. just a guy in his bedroom reading the steps

no production qualify. simply someone reading from a book. you easily tune out as the voice is monotone and stutters frequently.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

It was very eye opener to listen to the steps and remind us the importance of resilience

A gross misrepresentation of the twelve steps of alcoholics anonymous.

Self serving, commercially motivated non authentic rip-off. AA,BILL W. did not intend these steps
for "overeaters" etc.

eye opening!

good listen and wanted to learn the steps. very Repeticious, but probably to really make it stick. Very good self discovery and discovery of connection with a higher power. These steps could be used by everyone looking to improve their outlook, self, or addiction.

Don't push religion on me

I got this book to help me post alcoholism. Don't push religion on me. Waste of my time. Also the narrator has a lisp. 11 hrs of that? Don't think so
