Summary

A gorgeous story of chance meetings and unexpected friendships...because sometimes what you've always wished for isn't necessarily what life has in store.

Marriage. It's a dream come true. Isn't it?

One wet winter night, two women meet on a bridge. One is Tess Taylor, a personal trainer on the way to meet her boyfriend for date night. The other is Kate King, a celebrity married to a handsome billionaire who just happens to make her cry.

In the cold, dark evening, there is nothing to link them together but the bridge they shiver on. Little do they know they'll each hold the key to the other's future marriage....

All She Ever Wished For tells the story of what happens when your dream is about to come true. And what happens when that dream turns into a bit of a nightmare. Claudia Carroll brings you a Christmas gift filled with second chances, fateful encounters and a lesson in what true love means.

Loved it!!!

After reading 3 psychological thriller books in a row, this was a nice, pleasant change!!
It was lighthearted and cheery and extremely funny in parts!!!
Tess was my favourite character, I wondered all the way through what on earth she saw in the dreadful Bernard!!!!!! Especially because he kept calling her SAUSAGE!!!!
The outcome of the court case was intriguing and the older women jurors were just hysterical, I laughed so much at their conversations.
The 3 narrators were excellent and really brought the book to life.
RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Struggling to finish

Seems a good story so far but the narration is absolutely dreadful. I’m Irish so the false over exaggerated Irish/Dublin accent is absolutely awful to listen to. Ruining it for me so far.

Claudia Carroll. what She Wished For

I really loved Claudia Carroll's 2 Primrose Square books so I was disappointed with this one. I found it very difficult to listen to the over exaggerated slow drawn out Dublin accent although the other 2 narrators for the other characters, were very good. It would probably be a fantastic book to read cos there was loads of humour in it but the narrator doing the Dublin characters spoiled it for me.

I thing great

This was a very slow book. I kept listening thinking something great would happen but it never did ! I did however love the narrator which helped. Not a bad book but not one I can get excited about.
