Onehunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnndredaneighty! Only one darts referee can pull off that sound. Darts fans the world over know that voice and love it and miss it now we don't get to hear it as much. How did a simple lad with a gravelly voice become the Voice of Darts? This autobiography - narrated by the man himself because, well, who else could do it? - tells the tale in an entertaining and informative way. Bringing back memories of darts players long gone like Eric Bristow and Jocky Wilson right up to the new breed like Luke Littler and Luke Humphries this is an interesting book for any darts enthusiast.

Russ Bray the voice of darts not up for debate great to learn more about him as a person and not just as a referee.

I am approaching 40 and so remember the 90s and loved Dennis The Menace Preistley, Eric Bristow,
Sid Wadell (on the commentary) Wayne Mardell and many more.

For me the old meeting the new in Russ Brays book was perfect starting at the beginning is always a good start but it's nice to hear just how lucky Russ was to see all of the greats from Bristow, The Power, all the way to MVG Cool Hand and The nuke.

If you love the darts and like some history this will not fail to disappoint.
