Not a bad story. I've not seen the movie but I enjoyed this story based on it. It might have been better as more of an audio drama than as a straight read through but otherwise Ok

Pretty good

The movie and novelisation (book 0 and book 1) are based on manga. Picture a post-apocalyptic, post-war, corrupt world and then immerse yourself in what characters have to do to make ends meet. The struggle between what is right and survival is tangible. The narrator matches the setting of this world most perfectly and the backstory gives more depth to the movie, which I loved and am planning to watch again now. Enjoy!

Brilliant adaptation of movie and manga

Good story, which adds a lot of detail past that in the film but unfortunately the narrator's pronunciation of names is often atrocious. He seems to have done no research into how to say non-american names.

Good story, shame about the narrator
