This was a really good read (listen) I loved that the author himself was narrating as you can tell he's so passionate about it. He's got a lively clear voice too. It's gives you a lot of info about alcohol and society which is something I've been quite switched on to recently and have been observing how entrenched it is as acceptable and how people who don't drink are the odd ones out, this is ridiculous and here he gives you other options and by the end of the book I'm like yeh!! He's so right! When j read it I was already 50 days uni alcohol free so I'm doing ok, but was good to get a little boost for wanting to continue. Also that this a personal journey For each person. I downloaded the audio on Saturday night and I'd finished it by Sunday lunch time. I was transfixed. Thanks!
