I enjoyed the second book from Paul and the Guides' series. it takes you deeper into realization and helps take a different point of view on reality. it's quite dense in content so I had to revisit some chapters as I switched off if I listened for too long in one go. I thoroughly recommend the Guides' teachings. The teaching may be old but the language is modern and accessible. There are quite a few alignments and practices to try in everyday life. It resonates with me on a deeper level and I'm looking forward to the third book in the series.
