Many people seek the knowledge located within the Akashic Records in order to find answers to personal questions. This wisdom is located on a metaphysical astral plane, which can be accessed accidentally within dreams - or deliberately through meditation and hypnosis. These spiritual records contain information from all dimensions, time frames, realities, universes and lifetimes. This guided meditation and self-hypnosis session is meant to help you access these records for your own personal use.

… the rest is just relaxation music - an hour of it! Would be cheaper to buy an album of better relaxation music. Learnt literally nothing.

2 min chapter and 10 min meditation

Narration and performance were delightful, no problems there but the guided meditation pretty much ends after 10 minutes, if that, even though it says over an hour, and the rest is generic keyboard music. I can not get a refund as it was bought, not credited. Very dissapointed as this was a bought for a couple to do shared guided meditation for date night. Far too expensive for what it is.

50 mins of Korg keyboard sounds with no narration?
