This audiobook has been a life-saver; my parents are aging, and I have been noticing with increasing frequency that their house is not set up well for them. The author really made me think not only about universal design but also about simple updates using technology that can make their house much more user-friendly for them. The more I listened, the more I realized how significantly I can improve their home to make it more conducive for their walkers and perhaps eventual wheelchairs. I highly recommend this audiobook and I learned a lot.

Aging in Place, this audio came at the perfect time for myself at 62! There is so much involved and I need to think about, and this is has been a real eye opener for me. I want to build according to needs for the future instead of going to a home for the elderly and disabled, I prefer to be prepared! I have stairs at the present time, and they are already bothering me to go up and down, I would like everything on one level with easy access in order to take care of myself as long as possible. This audio has been greatly researched, written, and spoken! This is so easy to visualize and come up with a real list of musts! Everything is in this audio to consider, it is very easy to understand and follow! I will be listening to this again and again in order to get it all right! I greatly appreciate all of this author's wisdom! Thank You!
