This book is really awesome

This book is the Ultimate Intermediate Guide to Learn Agile Project Management. Agile project management (APM) is a methodology that continues to positively impact the management arena in the world today. Initially, the methodology was widespread in the software development sector. Currently, APM is used in literally all projects, ranging from engineering, construction, education, medical, and all other sectors whose work can be divided into distinct deliverables. By now, I am sure that you are not new to agile and its constituents. You already know the history, tenets, benefits, shortcomings, future, and ideally all the basics of agile project management. Since you are not a beginner anymore, this book will delve into the ways through which the project managers can use the basic information learned to not only ensure that they succeed in their projects but to also give them an advantage over all other competitors.

Quick and interesting book

Coordinated task the board (APM) is a technique that proceeds to emphatically affect the administration field on the planet today. At first, the philosophy was boundless in the product improvement area. Presently, APM is utilized in actually all tasks, going from building, development, training, medicinal, and every single other division whose work can be partitioned into particular expectations.

This audiobook does a good job

This audiobook does a good job of detailing the history and various aspects of agile project management and gives the reader a good broad view of agile project management. I would not, by any means call this an all-encompassing agile project management audiobook. As the title indicates, it is a good quick start guide.

I have just begun a new position

I have just begun a new position at my job and was motivated to learn techniques to help get this new project off the ground and running. The idea behind an Agile approach is to deliver value earlier in frequent small chunks and to be able to accommodate changes more easily.

This is the perfect time

This is the perfect time that I picked up this audiobook as I am building my own business and am ultimately building a team to work with, and it is taking some time to find the right pieces to the puzzle and these principles are making such sense to me. It's important to become very familiar with simple principles and apply them so that it can be embodied.
